TV/FILM/THEATER AUDITIONS
Auditions can feel like a chore, or become a source of heightened anxiety. But, they are also, always an opportunity to do the thing that you love - to perform, to play pretend and to have some unabashed fun and share it with others! In an industry that requires so much down time and waiting, I find auditioning to be a vital chance to reengage my artistry and find pleasure in my work.
How it works
My approach to audition prep is all about maximizing your opportunities for freedom and play. I work with clients to identify the best possible outcome of the scene; find simple, juicy and playable objectives; develop a physical appetite/need to get what you want right NOW; and explore the most fun choices you can make to get yourself into all of the delicious trouble the script demands.
Sessions range from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the client’s needs, with at least 90 minutes for all self-taping.

"Gabe helped me so much! He has guided me with both theatre and on-camera jobs. He allows time to really discuss the scenes together and still play around. I love how he sees text and so I really value his feedback when prepping roles. I always feel very inspired after our session and I have a 100 percent callback success rate when we have worked together on auditions!"

"Coaching with Gabe is an absolute must. I've worked with Gabe on a wide range of material and every time we meet I feel more confident in my capabilities as an actor. During times when acting became way too complex and inflated, Gabe brought me back down to earth so I could have fun and free myself up to do my best work on set."
